- What are the costs of shipping?
Your package may be small and fit through the mailbox, or bigger and so we need to provide you with a door-delivery. Either way, the costs will be as low as €4,10.

How soon will my package be shipped?
We make every effort to ship all order placed before 4 pm the same day, or the next business day. During busy periods, your order will be shipped whithin 1 to 4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will recieve an email with tracking information.
- Do i have to pay import duties and/or customs fees?
We ship from the Netherlands, therefore customers from outside the EU will generally have to pay import duties and or customs fees when shipped internattional.
- Can i return an item?
Ofcourse you can! Please read the terms below.
Your request for returns must be within 14 days after purchase date. All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the costumor, not Pink Coconut. The costumor is in charge of the entire return proces until deliverd @ the Pink Coconut warehouse, so please save your proof of postage. When the package is deliverd at our warehouse we will check the products in detail. All products must be unworn, in original condition and with original tags. When the item is broken, damaged, has make-up or other stains or smell like smoke/sweaty we will deduct dry-cleanings fees of the purchase price or return the items to the customer.
You will recieve a refund whithin 4 business days.
- Can i return a sale item?
Yes, you can. Do notice that all prices for items on sale are only valid during the sale period and therefore we will not refund any price diffirence for items purchased outside the sale period. You will recieve a refund whithin 4 business days.
- Do i have to pay for items i am returning?

- What about warranty?
All products have a warranty period of 3 months from the date of purchase. When an item has a manafacturing defect, we will replace the product. Please send us an email with your name, adress, ordernumber, and provide a few clear foto's plus a detailed discription of the defect. (info@mypinkcoconut.com) Defects outside the warranty period are not covered.

How do i use a discountcode?
When you would like to use a discountcode you will need to enter the code on the checkout page in the 'coupon code' field. Then click on 'apply code' and your all set. All prices for items on sale are only valid during the sale period and can not be matched with a discountcode. Any discountcodes are not eligible for existing sale/promotional items. Discountcodes are not eligible for existing sale/promotional items, including bundles and gift cards.
